For centuries Black Soap has been used by Africans to combat dry skin and scalp; soothe Psoriasis; ease eczyma and moisturise and nourish skin in the harsh African environment.

Black soap, having a very gentle cleansing property, is excelent in treating oily skin types without the harshe side-effects of chemical cleansing. It's also widely used by women during pregnancy to retain the natural suppleness of the skin.

Today, with people turning to natural alternatives, African Black Soap could again find favour over it's commercially produced, chemically laden, alternatives.
